Each a piece in the puzzle of extinction
Not one single adversary, but a devil with many faces

Slow dissolution into nothingness, Is it our fate to fade away?
Maimed by self harm of the foolhardy, Can no longer hold the wolves at bay

Do not rely on technology as the saviour, instead look to an archaic trace
Hidden powers from deep time

Used to hold back the final cut, Put out the flames that burn in slow motion

Last tree felled, supreme tipping point, irreversible bleak future

An oasis in an uncaring void, pushed beyond capacity for renewal

They lie under clouds and Distracted by their lust
This is a bitter curse: profane knowledge

There was one beacon, where lay the truth
But the message fell on deaf ears, servile to the ruse

Turning wealth against itself, taking fate into our hands
Drag ignorance kicking and screaming into the light
