This is a sensible way forward for a physical release since a 24 bit download is a superior audio experience to vinyl, CD or, ugh, cassette. 12-inch LP artwork is great but extremely expensive to ship around the world, so a larger-than-CD format booklet seems a good compromise. It is made from a renewable resource (no plastic) and gives you something to hold and read while playing the hi-res audio through your DAC.

Central to Thūn is an environmental message, so intentionally generating more waste and plastic use in the world is counter intuitive.
